  • Approvals

    All food vendors are juried and subject to approval. Food vendors that are not approved will receive a full refund of fees paid.

    The Ridgefield Rotary Club will be selling all alcoholic beverages at this event, there will be no vendor alcohol sales permitted.

    A Ridgefield Gone Country BBQ representative will contact you to complete the registration process and formalize the vendor agreement.

    All other vendor fees and approved food vendor fees are non-refundable, and festival will be held weather permitting. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.

    Your company’s name, logo, and a link to your website will be posted on our webpage. This is also true for the Rotary Facebook pages (Ridgefield Rotary Gone Country BBQ Festival, Ridgefield Rotary) and for the Ridgefield Hamlet Hub.
